- - - FALL OF MAN BEQUEATHED TO US - - -
In hac via, in castitate
Abducit a caelo
Lightning clashed against the sky
Concealing the dread in the guise
Of the wolf as the sheep
On a mission for meat
In the heart of dusk when daylight dies
Hallowed are the craven smiles
Pressured across the miles
In fever dreams and whimpered screams
Scarlet smeared across the tiles
The midnight maze leads to sin
Speak your desires to the djinn
A voice beyond the door
In fogs of haunted moors
The message tattooed beneath the skin
Jesus cowers
In the storms of thunder
Jesus cowers
When ravens come to murder
Fealty comes crashing down
With those late Autumn gowns
Her sighing moans and devil tones
She bobs before onyx crowns
A candle stands in the gloom
As shadows dance across the room
Lamenting rivers bled
For lovers long thought dead
Now whispering secrets to the moon
From the tundra to the sands
Then to the fall of man
The gory wars, canopic jars
Blessed be thee once thought damned
Nightshade, wormwood
Blossoms deadly, plundered
Covet, godless
In dead worlds torn asunder
Those words hath burned
In freewill bequeathed to us
From holy fathers
To scarlet daughters
Sons bound to flesh and rust
I have seen the nature of the beast
In the mirror and thy revelation
Abandon the hope there at the feast
Cast away salvation for damnation
Jesus cowers
In the storms of thunder
Jesus cowers
When ravens come to murder
Those words hath burned
In freewill bequeathed to us
From holy fathers
To scarlet daughters
Sons bound to flesh and rust
Samael, Apollyon
Cast thy blessing upon this wretch
Iblis, Abaddon
Let me into the abyss
Nightshade, wormwood
Blossoms deadly, plundered
Covet, godless
In dead worlds torn asunder
Those words hath burned
In freewill bequeathed to us
From holy fathers
To scarlet daughters
Sons bound to flesh and rust
Jesus cowers
In the storms of thunder
Jesus cowers
When ravens come to murder
Those words hath burned
In freewill bequeathed to us
From holy fathers
To scarlet daughters
Sons bound to flesh and rust
In hac via, in castitate
Abducit a caelo
