She comes 'neath the guise of a nameless stranger
Breathtaking with dementia and untold danger
A nymph to rousing poets and cutthroat soldiers
She commands the beauty of Aphrodite
Leading the hounds of lusting draugar
I am addicted to pain
A cat o nine tails
The sirens they sang
A ballad of Hel
Made of leather and chains
Lashed across my back
She's naughty and game
For torture
As a matter of fact
Sister of the wolf
Sister of the snake
Mistress of Ragnarok
She is the daughter
Of the deceiver
She's just a girl from Niflheim
In a dirty little snuff film
Beneath the roots of Yggdrasil
She can't help but feel
Being left all alone
Out in the cold
Gods watch her from shadow
So jealous and hard
By weeping willows
A scourge of Asgard
She's an utter delight
Without her glamour
Bathing nude at night
She stiffens
Thor's mighty hammer
Under her grace crows flock in joyous murder
Singing songs for the dead, warriors and hunters
Without the favor of Odin's withering gaze
She embraces them to her ample bosom
Seducing them with joys of Pompeii

*Damn!*. . .Hades, there is so much going on here in this piece [riddled in various sight] I honestly do not know where to start quoting & quoting; fantastic lines, brilliant imagery and vivid wordplay are so heavily woven throughout that I'm forced to keep it mum. . .~yours, Devil~lyn.
