turning back the pages of time
my mind goes back to thoughts of you
how beautiful you've made my life
caressed my soul with your luving words
turning on that dim light of my inner soul
now blinding all who gaze upon it
held my heart when others let go
stayed beside me when I needed your luv
precious and sacred is who you are to me

BTW you seem partial to purple, in my English village community we had a woman who at her death insisted 'no black' clothing at her funeral, preferably purple, her favourite colour.
