You add allure for you're prepared to dream
And think of dalliances, you might dare
Consider with a smile: cats like cream
And you can find your cream in each affair
You fantasise about, while keeping pure
And steadfast in your marriage, though your mind
Is being rather naughty; as you cure
Your restlessness, with the delights you find
Attracting you in fashions you'd not think
Could borrow your attention from the bed
When you are wed and only think to drink
Uxorious thoughts; these may, in time, get thread
Bared to the point that your sweet head will scream:
