Living for you

I'm living for you,
Keeping myself breathing so that I won't affect your flow,
Keeping myself away from the knives that drew my blood,
I'm falling into a pit of fire,
Time is passing by as I sit, wondering why it is I spit fire,
Fire that is anger,
Anger that is thoughts,
Thoughts that turn to misdirections,
Imperfect connections in myself,
I wonder to myself,
How can I defend myself from these monsters,
If I'm scarcely breathing,
A goner wanting to be frozen in time,
A lonely soldier, beaten down,
A dead poet, scrambling for his pen,
My two faces are chased around like two hens,
Darkness' sound slips into me,
As I scramble to find something I can be,
There is no where for me to run,
The fear of colliding with thoughts worse than death intrude my mind as I silently scream behind closed doors,
My temple is broken, glass lying on the floor,
No way for me to escape these demons that won't let me sleep,
They make me take a peek into the world of fear,
And cause me to mot trust what I hold so very dear to me.
A noose for my mind is what I need,
To plant a seed that will hopefully grow into a tree that I can hang the noose onto,
But telling my mind it's only a leash,
And to stay alive, I have to kill my mind...
This kind of war is of myself,
A confusing twist between reality and imagination,
I wage war everyday hoping to find a sense of realization,
And piece with myself,
I need to deafens my demons,
Otherwise they'll defeat me,
And I won't be able to see me for what I am,
And instead, I'll be dead, flown out of this universe with just one word,
Damn.
