Across the bed

Like time and shadows, she'll crawl for a man,
That smile upon her face and nothing else
Between them, so he really knows he can
Enjoy her dusky, darkness and a wealth
Of pleasures that she'd offer up to friends
With benefits - silk pyjamas and wine,
Being but two such treasures, though she sends
No signals; though, at night, she might incline
To conversations that might soon confect
A further episode in her young life;
She's confident, and that has good effect,
When flirtation and leisure are so rife,
And she is quite content, as I have said,
For the right man, dusk crawls across the bed.
