Shadows and Dust
Like the dark shadows that rule the night.
That's where I lurk.
Eyes glowing red.
Behind the old oak tree.
Hiding in the closet.
Waiting to come out.
Creeping among the darkness.
Floating along the wall.
underneath your bed.
Whispering in your ear, as you lay asleep.
Vivid nightmares stuck inside your brain.
Gasping for breath.
Opening your eyes.
watch me sneak across the wall.
The sun rising.
The shadows including myself.
Disappear. Into the morning light.
Like dust in the wind.
Therefore...we.... Are... All... Shadows and Dust.
