spinning blurring
out of control
intruders invading
desperately seeking escape
falling shaking
sweating
so fucking cold
pacing hiding
emotionally bankrupt
punishing punishment
anxious
wringing icy hands
falling
throat like sand
breathless
backing away
agonizing pain
gasping grasping
spirits bleeding
pacing sniffling
blending falling
confusion
nerves are vibrating
gaze glazed locked in daze
sneering insults
screaming pacing
laughing falling
wailing
sanity lost
control is being hijacked
confusion
abandoned
promises broken
swimming in pools of nothingness
spaced out
lost hopeless
helpless
mind has finally gone
madness violence
shifting switching
careening
oh what fun

To me this epitomizes the American ethos of isolation, ie. challenges faced are individualistic ---open door, climbing a mountain, and so forth must be done alone.

Actually, I've come a long way however, at times my alters take over & I "flood". It doesn't happen often but is part of my life. I refuse to give up, on anything, I'm always striving, try to find the good, humor & the beauty in people & life. I'd been miserable for so long, it's draining. I strive for a bit of peace & happiness in life before it's to late. So far it's going pretty alright.I also agree with you, it is a journey for one. One has to just raw one more step forward! Thanx for replying & the advice, I appreciate it so much! ➰
