Saturnalia, sorry to tell ya that we know all
to well now is the Ancient Pagan Holyday
that has been covered-over and curtailed by
the brand-new religion Christianity that assailed
them all and stamped-out their soul.

In its tradition it mirrored almost perfectly almost
every aspect that Christmas entails to the most
minute detail.

An nationally hailed day of Celebration around 25,
December, (which itself was known as "Sol Invictus"
("Unconquered Sun") was the official sun god of the
later Roman Empire and a patron of soldiers), wherein
gifts were given and an time of feasting for Families in
their homes and days of goodwill and of generosity to
the poor and also curiously a day of decorating trees.

Saturnalia was the pagan Roman Winter Solstice
Festival.

So with the advent of and subjugation of Rome into the
Christian Faith, their already established rituals and
Ancient forms of Worship were replaced; but not as we
see with altogether different things.

So to me, it doesn't seem as though the Christians did
bring-in anything new or updated; just an rendering and
version of their own way of to the God's, supplications.

They didn't bring anything at all updated to the world, but
fell in line with what was already established and normal.

So to say, "My Way is Better," or "This is really the Path
to Heaven," obviously appears at the least irrelevant.

How can you come with the same information; same in all
form and fashion; tradition and likeness, and when the heathen
don't accept it, smite them?

Changing only the names and faces; guidelines and effectively
wiping-away all traces of their Beloved and Endearing practices.

This isn't fairness or equity; advancement or charity.

It only breeds resentment and bitterness; hatred and malice.

We're all here for only a while so why don't we embrace diversity
and understand what the other Nationality has to contribute.
