Spiritual Unfolding

I'm not quite the soloist I once was;
Though not because I've gone covered
every fevered twist and delicious turn;
Hell no!
I'm still working through detailed case files;
those remembered, those I still view..

Maybe I should be called a spiritual soloist;
It's like he's right here, hovering above looking down
or seated by the bed watching me unfold into
a writhing display as I myself make it better than the last.

And that's quite acceptable given all my thoughts
right then are of him; And a thank you I shall give
once complete, as I know full well he'll be watching
again real soon.
