She left me at the edge of the cemetery
When true love was rent at the doors of the mortuary
Vomitoriums mask the scents of my remains
On the day she left me in the rain
I watch the leaves blow away
From my tomb subdued and grey
Withered and black is my heart
When two ravens flew apart
You spoke kind words at my grave
Rejoice in the years we gave
Grief endeavors to stay the night
And goddamn this stricken wight
I once beheld the words of the seminary
And we expressed our hearts within our sanctuary
Coliseums replay all my deleted scenes
Depraved and dead on the wilted green
Haunted tunes
And crescent moons
Behind clouds
That I have found
I wished that I could have
Disappeared
That black day when I became the adversary
Upon that cruel and cold rainy day of February
I scraped your last kiss away from my lips
And cast it into the storm’s eclipse
I watch the leaves blow away
From my tomb subdued and grey
Withered and black is my heart
When two ravens flew apart
You spoke kind words at my grave
Rejoice in the years we gave
Grief endeavors to stay the night
And goddamn this stricken wight
Now I’m home
With those I love
Except you
From whence you threw
My heart into the void
Disappeared
I hope one day you’ll read my obituary
To me there on the edge of the cemetery
Where you left me to my heart’s sad laments
If only you come here to repent
I watch the leaves blow away
From my tomb subdued and grey

Hades, my King, I weep for the loss ~ but whom really lost who?. . .So many delicate & intricate lines woven into this darkened masterpiece that it is rather difficult for me to decide which line captivated me most?. . .I guess it's fair to say (with this comment) how in love I am with your wicked ink;). . .Yes, my admittance may be a public display of affection but I take pleasure in honoring to whom the honor is due. . .~yours, Devil~lyn.
