Chewing Gum

We must have been ten, when we learned to chew gum. The brand we could afford from mowing the lawn, was called Chappies. It came in yellow wrappers, was available all over. Did you chew Chappies when you were ten?

The best part for us was inside the wrapper, there were these little notes, that began with "Did you know..." They were filled with bits of trivia, made us feel clever and we loved learning new things. We even swapped the wrappers and stuck them in books.

Yesterday I wondered what a 2015 wrapper would behold? I 'd expect it to say something profound, like "Did you know... That opening a new profile on Facebook and then closing it down again; doesn't protect our IP address from a cyber fly." Or even better still "Did you know... most viruses and bugs are not found in a bed, but they come through the back-door you developed in your head?"

If you wrote a Chappie wrapper, for kids who are ten, what would you write?
