Past Lives
Medusa lives in my heart,
in loving others, my heart
turns to stone.
I adore the lifeless, their numb touch
never has to be explained.
My colorless smile, lips
dull gray and bleeding, will never beg forgiveness.
I dance on Athena's grave.
(I curse my prison)
in loving others, my heart
turns to stone.
I adore the lifeless, their numb touch
never has to be explained.
My colorless smile, lips
dull gray and bleeding, will never beg forgiveness.
I dance on Athena's grave.
(I curse my prison)
