This hunger burns deep inside
Born from infernal sins of the soul
A pact made in desperation
Cast aside religious chains
Surely, raping the faith
On my path to salvation
I refuse words of fiction
That's printed for the hearts of the weak
Wolves behold the congregation
As a buffet of soft flesh
Surely, sating the pate
On the path to damnation
Carrion feed on reminders of Man
Disavowed of humanity
The black wings of ravens circle above
To carry away the dead
When the grey skies are filled with choking ash
I will await the downfall
Contempt at the gates of Purgatory
Disavowed of humanity
Disgusted with the failure
That was bestowed by the creator
Forced into camps of segregation
To await the guillotine
Surely, walking the fate
On the path to cremation
Carrion feed on reminders of Man
Disavowed of humanity
The black wings of ravens circle above
To carry away the dead
When the grey skies are filled with choking ash
I will await the downfall
Contempt at the gates of Purgatory
Disavowed of humanity
I become the piper of vermin
Leading them to slaughter
Let me walk as your shepherd
To the drowning waters
The alpha and the omega
The death of tragic lovers and grievers
The penance beyond the fire
The subject of immortal desire
The promise of broken icons
The hollow words of bastard scions
The broken glass of vanity
The disavowment of humanity

Hades, i dig this a lot.. really love the passion in your ink.. and the quest for truth, not being part of the pack.. wise men are not blind, and would never follow the stifled hypocrisy of religions.. brilliant write brother.. into the list it goes.. with respect..
