courting patience
***
no one notices
the vacant house
the wall flower, whispered about
by swaying willows
tears become bricks of loneliness
the doors open easily
soft with need
mumurs, why the locked gate?
it isn't right
another family must fill this house
so that I may reclaim my balance
a new family
to be my joy
my dignity
my heart.
