Limbo
The haze seeps in over night
A curtain hides away
My guiding light
The vision slips into obscurity
And memory returns it
Into my subconscious vault
Catalogued for another time
In the random future
Enthusiasm lays strewn about
Amongst the deflated innocence
Of Eureka and spent slivers of pride
The emotion ebbs slowly away
And my diamond in the rough
Slips into limbo
