Just doesn't cover it
Beware the heart
The longing and the pain
Accompanies despair
Over eons in twilight
You are the rose upon my tomb
Once outside of time, my sunshine
In a steel sky of grey
All that remains, just out of reach
you know what we are,
don't you?
sith we are meant to suffer
thither here in respectable hells
can we glimpse betwixt the shadows?
"I hate you,"
When you torment me so
Standing beside the Styx
Black waters wash ashore
Waiting on the North bank
The Underworld awaits us
I am the candle on your shrine
Once outside of time, the nightshade
In a steel sky of tears
All that remains, just out of reach
A veil of thorns
Separates us
Betwixt night and day
In our darkest hour
Our stars shine brightest
upon the altars
aren't we?
henceforth we forge to suffer
splinters in cold winter bells
can we glimpse beneath the ashes?

My existence depends
On your loving embrace
Even if it kills me
Each time over again
