SLIGHT IMBALANCE
There's something with the way you fall apart.
The pieces all come tumbling into my arms.
I try hard to rebuild the girl that was.
Though some pieces may be a little off.
Every time you-
Become rewired-
I'll love the new you-
Never mind the slight imbalance-
Every time I-
Link together-
The beautiful you-
I never mind the slight imbalance-
Cuz hell-
I'm off myself
I'm off my meds
out of my mind
misunderstood...

Secret....girls dont wanna be fixed. Just caught when they fall.

Jasper, Mo Chara,
I can feel an underlying , bitter-sweet irony that is threaded throughout this piece..the kind, and caring soul of the poet that only wishes to help a friend that he cares for...to continue to help her repair her 'broken self ', when in reality, even her newly ' restored ' self will always be flawed.
....And i appreciate the fact through the ongoing process of helping her ( to heal), he accepts, and celebrates her imperfections, while recognizing, and coming to terms with his own.
Applause for this Piece--Indeed! xo
( NOTE: ) For some reason, while reading this, Leonard Choen's lyrics from 'Anthem', came to mind--
..." Ring the bells that still can ring
