long slow cultivating a sense of Equanimity
has been essential to my still "being alive".
It's been a bit of a bitch of a century, & if i'd clung
to the idiot mechanations of my dualist mind, as we are
all conditioned to do, the clashing 'realities' woulda put a
bullet in me bunglin'brain..............many decades of half-assed
zenning came in handy, but i oft wonder why i 'bother' anyway.
