Requested Retreats to Reinvigorate the love

Another weekend
another hotel
country retreat
to reinvigorate
love simmering
mind body and soul
smiling
as the midnight hour draws the bar evening to a
close as we say good-nights to new found friends
The room with candles lit
chilled wine for two
the bath shallow
warm
bubbly
big enough for two
The bar might well have closed
the hotel shutting it's door for the night
But our night has just begun
I have a performance to be worked on
an audience I want to please
in turn taking the applause
with requested encores
till early hours
from furniture to bed
finding us both completely sated
the floor littered
in clothes not needed
as we sleep till noon
wrapped in each other
do not disturb on the door.
