JUST CALL!!

When your laying in that hospital bed,
wishing you were anywhere but there,
Pick up your phone and call a friend we will lend you a listening ear.

When you are driving home from a visit and feel it just wasn't long enough, call one of us, and don't worry no need to pretend everything is fine, we already know your tough!

When it is time for more medicine and tests, call someone, we will be there to make you laugh, lend a hand to squeeze, whatever you might need to put your mind at ease!

When you head to work with so many worries on your mind, just wishing for one moment, you could turn back time, phone a friend let us carry your fears, we will help you find your inner strength again!

When your mind starts to wonder about what exactly your future holds, when you doubt for just a second your inner fight, reach out to us, we will bring you back to the present, help once again set you right!

When your children ask you questions you just don't know how to answer and panic suddenly sneaks in, lean on us we will buy you some moments to clear your thoughts and give the right answers, the ones you want them to hear!

My point to all this is the two of you are not alone!  Each of us is in your life and has a purpose, some of us will pray with/for you daily, others will provide for your families needs in surplus!

Many will stand beside you and help carry your burdens, quiet your fears, several of us will even cry with you and gladly wipe your tears!

Even though the majority of us can not fathom how you feel or imagine what future decisions you guys will need to make, find peace in knowing neither of you are alone, all of us are here to help you move through this life event. Obviously you two just can't catch a break!

We love you both more than words can say,  yes NATE you are THE FIGHTER; HEIDI you are THE COACH; but this is not just your fight anymore. They say it takes an army to win a war well WE are your soldiers standing guard at your door!

So, my dearest friends when you are bored, struggling, or just feeling low.  Please don't hesitate one second at all, pick up your phone reach out to one of your many friends, your soldiers, and just call!
