Serpents of Society

Culprits consummate a conspiracy tucked inside a cradle,
beyond the veil of thorns
Whispers are the common tongue with words barely registering audible
Hands do most of the talking
In a guild of thieves that are bound by blood laid pact
Sealed searing by a third eye party
Cross these beasts and feel yourself dragged into an oblivion you are forbidden to forget
The aristocracy are the true vampires of man
They do not require supernatural endowments
To seethe morbid upon the harvest of peasantry
Plunging into blossoms
Sucking the juice out of pale grapes
Walking serene on the plush skin below
Fabricated from the remnants shed by your hard labor
Taking in wine slowly
To appreciate the essence of the bleed
Hidden away chambers
Where math is mutated into a black art
Pulling wet, breathing minions from the portal of an equation
So clever
Hastening the dial
Of our innocents in transgression
Books banned
On the list to be immediately set ablaze
Are read aloud here
In service of ritual incantation
Chanted by a master in a manner debonair
Please come inside
If you endure the initiation
You may never return to the former pleasantries
Of a life without meaning
