She Said, She Said
"There are three sides to every story:
your side, my side, and the truth.
And no one is lying. Memories shared
serve each differently." -- Robert Evans
I hold no grudge
And bear no malice
Two unsightly weights
Upon my small shoulders
Some things...
If once I did,
I can never undo
Yet no longer can I breathe
The toxic air between us two
[or three, or four, or more]
A drug and a scourge
Romanticized ideals
That once made a fool of me
And sadist/masochist outbursts
That have always left me broken
No more, no more...
your side, my side, and the truth.
And no one is lying. Memories shared
serve each differently." -- Robert Evans
