Dreaming Of You
I awaken chilled from dreams
Still carried away by some dreams
When consciousness bleeds at night
To puddle in cold mum dreams
I struggle to keep my wits
Though my thoughts are scarred from dreams
As I'm haunted by the thought
Of your place in my glum dreams
Rest in peace is what they said
But at night you still come dreams
Till I join you in your sleep
And we both dream death's numb dreams

Reading the word "dreams" so many times makes it lose it's meaning. I think this would be better portrayed as spoken word. I feel it should have an eery sing-song melody to it.
