To Share A Life
Whispers in the shadows of the wind speak your name
Ever so gently, they call me in
I follow not with a single care
Desiring only to fall within your depths of growing passion
Just when I think I am fine, you come and happen to me
All so new and happening with what seems to be no delay
Knowing now, I can say this safely
You came and made it all okay
Now I wait up every night just to hear your voice
Falling asleep to its sound
Envisaging all the possibilities and outcomes
I am spellbound
I tremble as sensuality bleeds into the night air
My wish to be as you are to me
Joyous tears flow as my heart swells with this newly present happiness
Forever longing to see as you see
Clinging to you as one does to their creed
Living without your presence would be privation
It is you that I need
Craving to reach into your very soul and share a lifetime
The potential to create something in the imminent future
So great that I believe in and hope for it
Sharing the duration of my time here with you fills me with ecstasy
Because our essences have intertwined and seem to be the perfect fit
I know it has been a long while since I have written or posted anything. Both my inspiration and motivation died, so I found it difficult to craft anything. Lately, that has changed and I have written this. I am not sure if it is my best, but it means a lot (and it is certainly a bit corny).

Haha! Somehow I knew you would comment, JJ. It feels so wonderful to be writing again. I was happy to just to sit down and be able to write this in a matter of a few minutes when I had been struggling for hours just to come up with a line or two (of which I would erase afterwards) these past few months... Or however long it has been since I have written anything.
