A sanctuary

[i]Washed over the waters of wandering.
One cloud Just drifting,
breaks witness
to an empty chair.

West side and down
rolling gone,
from piloted sky,
Crosses over to seated union.
Digs the earth,
this waft of honeysuckle thro
mixed in timber clove.
Contours of enclaves enrapt and clasp.
Siding with shadow
or glow.
A proper feature man and beast plunder.

Rays feign praise to hidden meadows.
Those seen
glistening
Southside,
tones of unlit nightcap

Rest assured
yawns
awake eyes,
This baby Noon.
Another mask cradled by a mother's chest.
Slips foray.
Without poise,
Without dignity,
Chattering consistently.
Instantly
Tumbles aground.

Each bird
Flouting
beck and draw
answering away
emits
ahhhhh
While roosting
under this loft,
echoes
Secret separation,
Lost from a world gone man

A cloud drifts
Fogging over
tracts of land.
Finally,
rested,embraced
sheltered by fortitude.
