Tales of Love in the Heart

- Tales of Love in the Heart -

Life is in the instant, in the minute,
More than in all the days of ages…
And destiny writes in us as will flit,
The pen not held by mortal sages.
It penned in me tales of such love!
And I heard them within my blood.
Like the call of a sweet pale dove,
Which soars above deepest flood.

Life is that flood, it rushes ever on,
Whilst we navigate, ever seeking…
As I sought for ye, hither and yon!
Whilst my blood felt fire creeping,
Consuming my senses with purity.
Never couldst I hath so imagined,
The fullness of our joined destiny!
It stretches beyond the first origin.

I sought for ye in the deep waters,
The high heavens, the hottest hell!
Amongst myriad sons, daughters…
Angels, gods and mortals as well,
But mine eyes saw not, the whole.
Only when I looked inside of me,
Seeing, thy reflection, in my soul…
Only then couldst I be so set free.

Free, when in thy arms I didst lie!
Happy in my captivity to thee full,
Expressing a blissful satisfied sigh.
My every longing, thou might still,
For we share one soul, one heart.
The tales of love, whispered truly,
For such fair guide doth its’ part…
Leading the seeker ever blissfully.
