Sir Hopkins

Calling Hopkins on the phone
Just have to trust his voice
Base this story on his tone
There simply isn't any choice

Speaking of the day's remains
But not about his past
Will disregard those growing pains
And how his die was cast

Quite pleased to speak of several roles
The films that made his day
The choices that he still controls
Aside from that he will not say

Static crackling in my ear
Playing back the tape
The details may remain unclear
But I still have to get this piece in shape.
