Now..
there are many things I could overlook
Infact (I have small a list)
Putting me
out when I didn't ask to
overlooked
Waking me
up for no reason
overlooked
Ignoring me
when I slink my way around your feet
overlooked
Now..
there is one thing I can't overlook
(I've made a very small list)
Food O'clock is at 5pm sharp
Ok ok maybe I'll accept 4pm or 3pm by prearrangement
But..
Food o'clock
IS SO NOT 8PM!
Ahem

but where have you been!

It must be a universal rule because dogs do this too, but they will bring their empty bowl to your feet, look at it with wide open eyes, whimper, scratch, beg, paw your leg and try every cute trick in the book, but their clocks are clearly broken. Cats are much more sophisticated about food o'clock... jj

I have my doubts
cats kinda gave this sixth sense about feeding time
that starts at 12 midday till..well anytime afterwards
unless sleeping which is as dogs. .often

The problem with dogs is they forget they ate a half hour after they did so. If you eat after they ate, they beg for more. They will eat any time of day or night if here is food around.
