Like you've become this wooden vessel
hardened over shipwrecked contemplation
And me, tied to your mast
by meditation
in silent reflection
by choice
these voyages
released into our care
while sleep takes us sailing

i like doing that type of process, i.e. looking at a picture, photo or painting and letting it speak to you...i feel it can make us more creative...and when done as a group its amazing to hear what the others get from the same picture....
i wrote my first love poem by looking at postcard of Cape Tribulation and the ocean...amazing if i don't say so myself...
