Sleep With You?
Why do I want,
To sleep with you?
To keep my cold feet warm,
Against your back.
To steal the blankets,
From you.
To share the quarter of the bed,
I’m not using,
With you.
To have someone,
Poke me,
When I snore.
To have your legs,
To scratch with,
My toe nails.
To use you,
As my pillow.
Why else would,
I wanted to sleep,
With you?
To sleep with you?
To keep my cold feet warm,
Against your back.
To steal the blankets,
From you.
To share the quarter of the bed,
I’m not using,
With you.
To have someone,
Poke me,
When I snore.
To have your legs,
To scratch with,
My toe nails.
To use you,
As my pillow.
Why else would,
I wanted to sleep,
With you?
