Answering Best
When pets are turned across my desk: to cane
Or not to cane each firm rump on display
Is not the central question that will gain
Attention. Girls, when shown off in this way,
(If you can picture this)have upturned rears
That form ideal vistas; I'd inflict
More forceful marks, which moisten cheeks with tears,
Showing the past is never gone. Depict
Such punishments as cruel, but recollect
That pets are there to serve, (as I see fit);
And each caning can make service reflect
This true perfection, for they cannot sit,
Once caned, and the main question is addressed
By kneeling pets, whose mouths answer the best.
