Devils and Dragons

Have I failed to regale you with splendid,
Sordid appetites from Hell
From apocalyptic and
Necromantic bedtime fairy tales
To the legends reimagined
As grimmer tributes?
If that is the case
Then replace your paltry doubts
And count your days
It doesn’t matter if you
Splatter your tombstones
Now harken
You can rest assured
The murdered crows will return
With frightful tales delightful
With devils and dragons
