Have you ever?

Have you ever been so full of someone?
Their presence fills your very being,
their souls fills your body.
Yet, somehow, you crave more.
You do not wish for another,
you just crave more of that person.
Not necessarily more from them,
or what they can offer, just them.

Have you ever met someone so enticing?
Their every move just turns you on?
Not something sexual,
but they're oh so alluring.
Everything they do is an enthrallment,
an admiration to the eye.

Have you ever loved someone?
Maybe not quite in love yet,
just enough to show them your faults.
Always giving them new reasons to hurt you.
You know this person never will,
something within you can't help but worry.
All because you have been hurt before.

Have you ever had someone make love to you?
Their body over takes yours in ecstasy,
the passion fills the room.
You allow them full control of your body.
You give yourself to them,
they give themselves to you.
You're both impelled to please the other.

Have you ever had someone who made you happy?
The level of happiness you didn't know existed,
the kind where there's butterflies in your stomach.
You find yourself laughing at all their jokes.
You blush when they compliment you,
at last you are able to believe it all.

Have you ever gave all your trust to someone?
It's a scary thing to do,
to trust someone entirely.
Each day they give you more reasons to do so.
More assurance that it doesn't need to be a scary thing.
