We shrug this shroud of circumstance

Lips long stared at, finally meet
To speak all the things
For which there were no words
Silence joined by verdant heat
 
Hands bound by distance and caution
Press firmly across surfaces
Soliciting heart racing sighs
From touch long imagined, now realised
 
Bodies held by gravity
Float together in intermingled bliss
Exploring curves and soft skin
To find the perfect fit
 
Molten vessels of lust contained
Penetrated by gracing fingertips
To burst asunder
In ecstatic mutual acceptance
 
Allow me this moment
Of gorgeous fantasy
Immersed in your beauty
Before reality again imposes its lofty walls
