Drowning Willingly

I play dumb,I play blind
Never bearing any wrong in mind
l stay strong and plead with time
I let you touch me where it hurts

Endless pain,hopeless dreams
No doubt my fate is grim
Sadness reigns and tears stream
I can't win this one,but

In total surrender, to my offender
Remain in affection while I suffer
Gentle, mild,kind and tender
But I know the misery will never stop

So I dive into this sea of woe
Swimming side by side my foe
There's nowhere left for me to go
Uphold this illusion till I drop

Broken inside but I feign okay
I'm still around but I've been blown away
I look into your eyes and run out of words to say
I know I'm drowning and it wrecks my thought
