Blame it on my Shame
blame it on my name......
so you sacrifice my surrender to shame
never neglecting to nominate my name
beginning the brandishing of my blame
fearing the fiction finds fortune or fame
name shame, take the blame...
thinking in theory this will keep me tame
spinning stories that never stay the same
caught up in confusion with which it came
generating the gatecrashing of your game
blame it on your shame....
so you simply blame it on my name
faking your shame as part of the game
as fame returned from where it came
no truth is tame no sin starts the same
and the shame is still the same - whatever the name
