A Confused Lover
We only get together
long enough to make love
when I walk away
I feel all used up
could we ever go on
being friends and so on
I don't know it was OK
we may have had a thing
that will never happen
again I only loved you
because I wanted too
I didn't want to spend
my life needing you
and all the silly things
we do when we think
we are in love
why am I so doubtful
I will ever win your love
