Sally Doesn't Like Easter

Sally doesn't like Easter,
For her eggs are filled with eyeballs.
Her Jellybeans
    Are filled with teeth.
Her stuffed bunny
     Screams and crawls.
Tongues diced up
      In her Peeps.
Razors and blood
      In her chocolate bunny treats.
The Easter grass
      Is greasy hair.
But no one seems to care.

       My parents didn't notice.
They laughed at me.
But I pleaded and cried twice.
Mom said, “It’s alright.”
Popped one in her mouth and died.
Dad said, “I don’t care.”
Ate one to be with Mom.
And now he’s there,
       Police said, “It’s a mystery.
But I know who did it,
       It was the Easter Bunny.
