No Wonder
The world can swallow down,
The ashes flood the ground.
I'm breathing in the rust,
Leaving marks on the crust.
A new day, buried alive already,
The world is far too scary.
This is my view when waking,
Trembling, cold, and shaking.
This life is unforgiving,
It holds grudges unrelenting.
Dragging my feet into the mud,
Washing my mouth with a flood.
No wonder everyone wants to die,
Not a star to reach for in the sky.
Don't hold me back if I drown,
In this world that's crumbling down.
The ashes flood the ground.
I'm breathing in the rust,
Leaving marks on the crust.
A new day, buried alive already,
The world is far too scary.
This is my view when waking,
Trembling, cold, and shaking.
This life is unforgiving,
It holds grudges unrelenting.
Dragging my feet into the mud,
Washing my mouth with a flood.
No wonder everyone wants to die,
Not a star to reach for in the sky.
Don't hold me back if I drown,
In this world that's crumbling down.
