planting

as
I sat back
from kneeling
amongst the flowers
where I had
pulled the weeds
tilled the soil
planned seedlings
I saw her
sitting just behind
my shoulder
undressed
as she often was
soaking up the sun
reclining back
waiting for me
to notice her
with her legs
spread to welcome
my planting
of another sort
within her
