The Mystery of Feeling
My love is a river.
It flows like the tears of a child being born;
out of the darkness,
into the abyss of unknowns.
I wish for you to taste my heart's joy.
The strength of my beating soul will pull you in;
push you away in a tidal wave
of freedom-seeking emotions.
My body is yours to captivate and domesticate,
devour and tremble at this temple.
But do not be afraid.
For, I am a child.
Raise me up like the wind
and bring me down like the rain.
It flows like the tears of a child being born;
out of the darkness,
into the abyss of unknowns.
I wish for you to taste my heart's joy.
The strength of my beating soul will pull you in;
push you away in a tidal wave
of freedom-seeking emotions.
My body is yours to captivate and domesticate,
devour and tremble at this temple.
But do not be afraid.
For, I am a child.
Raise me up like the wind
and bring me down like the rain.
