doesn't happen that often    
lately    
but sometimes you read something    
about something somebody did once    
see something    
that somebody built or painted,
 
see how fast it went
   
find a secret written down and hid in a certain place    
that makes you proud to be human again    
for a minute    
   
on the nature vs. nurture tip    
lack of faith in conscious potential    
seems like a learned line of thinking    
but to believe in love    
to know that one day your dog will come back    
after he slips the leash    
it'll just be  
 when he's ready    
   
that stuff is buried deep    
somewhere in there
