Endless Wait
Deny me your love?
Oh, spare me your hate
For did you not see Crimson
In the wake of my rage?
Or the black hands of evil?
Both death and decay,
The ever present aide
residing in the shadows of my face.
My first breath alone,
and last shall be the same.
The sliver of passion,
Oh, ungodly love did see your grace
And turned to ashes my flickering flame.
As the hour of life passed
and gone were the days.
Nothing left to give,
Nothing left to gain.
Silence through the murk,
It is an endless wait.
Oh, spare me your hate
For did you not see Crimson
In the wake of my rage?
Or the black hands of evil?
Both death and decay,
The ever present aide
residing in the shadows of my face.
My first breath alone,
and last shall be the same.
The sliver of passion,
Oh, ungodly love did see your grace
And turned to ashes my flickering flame.
As the hour of life passed
and gone were the days.
Nothing left to give,
Nothing left to gain.
Silence through the murk,
It is an endless wait.
