Now Breathe.
Count it with me,
One,
Two,
Three,
And so on, deeper and deeper,
So you can fill yourself with life,
With sustainability,
With air,
Now,
Count again,
One,
Two,
Three,
And so on, further and further,
So you can let it go,
Breathe it all out,
Let yourself relax,
And for a moment,
Be almost literally empty,
So in a second of unattainable life,
You can let go of all your strife,
In one final breath,
You let go of what's left,
You let your insides pour out,
Falling fast to the ground,
Let your blood flood the area around,
Your entirety,
Your entirety, entirely, surrounded,
Dumbfounded,
With the joy of the pain,
Because it's all so rearranged,
When you thought you were doing just fine,
Just fucking fine,
And all at once you lost your goddamn mind,
Every thought,
Every emotion,
Just combined together,
Blurred, blended, smushed,
Into one big ball of emptiness, Of, lacking,
Of your body's slacking,
But you made this decision,
With the life you were living,
It's all pouring down,
Glistening without a sound,
Your heart,
Flooding it out,
All around,
The light, it is there,
But it is dimmed, it's aware,
Of what you're doing,
Of the life you're losing,
But it can only guide,
It cannot save your mind,
Close your eyes now,
And breath,
One,
Two,
Three,
And hold it for a moment,
While they come,
While you all become one,
As they take you piece by piece,
Carrying you away in their gnarly teeth,
Now,
Breathe,
