The situation, so unreal
this is beginning to feel
mocked, like a parody
seems no one covets
a passionate me

So, far be it
for this heart to spark
rather mend the scarred issue
alone, cold...dark

Fuck the naysayers
of a rumored "true romance"
giving freely, no strings
never had a chance

A 'encapsulated fate'
bloodied caterpillar
not destined to fly
but trapped in a capsule,
tears catapulted though
as through a pistol...

As open hearted
kindness just took it's
last stance...
