The beach makes me feel this way
Gentle breeze
The spray of the ocean
As we walk hand in hand
Laughing
Digging our toes in the sand
Wasn't this a great day
I can taste the salty mist
Do you remember
Is it a distant memory
Painful from the passed
This one brings no pain
It was a day
I always wanted to last
So secure and happy in your grasp
Can we go back to this day
Florida heat
Ready to jump in the waves
Sand castles
Boogie boarding
For hours at a time
Eating near the surf shop
I remember that day
Can we just be happy one more day
