Apotheosis of Passion
- Apotheosis of Passion -
As snow covers the land and winter goes on,
I find it curious that I still feel, a: fiery warmth.
The heat of longing burns in my heart as a sun!
Hotter than any blaze held within stony hearth.
My dreams betray what my heart understands,
But which, my conscious mind wouldst not say.
Is it a fantasy or memory haunting dreamlands?
Those in which my spirit walks long after day!
I see her there, the embodiment of my desires,
Her hair long and wild and beautiful to touch…
Just seeing her fills me with such rampant fires.
Only a kiss from her lips couldst quench such!
I see her generous hips, and breasts, so fine…
Her voice is like music that I long ever to hear.
Such a kiss wouldst taste sweeter than wine…
And so, how couldst I not, to her draw near!
How couldst I not caress her and touch her…
Letting her sweetness touch me like paradise?
I hunger, I thirst, and I crave and want more,
For only she hath the cure for my every vice!
Is lust a sin when through it love can rise up?
Mayhap it but reminds us, of what we love…
For what is wine without the shape of a cup!
What art the stars, without the skies above?
All is naught without the form and substance.
Lust gives love its’ form, and grants it shape,
It beckons one to indulge in a sacred dance.
I wouldst dance, with her, and not escape…
The glamour, with which I am so enchanted!
Let my hands be about thy hips in earnest…
To clasp like a grail, what love hath granted.
I wouldst claim thee, and indulge of this lust!
My mouth aches for thy mouth’s moistness,
My hands ache to grasp thy lovely buttocks.
As we kiss, sweet girl, cherished mistress…
I wouldst fondle more than thy hair’s locks!
My fingers wouldst so play with thy nipples,
Thence to lower climes, thereafter descend.
As surely, as pebbles cause watery ripples,
Our pleasures wouldst heavenward ascend!
I am ravenous for thee like a mad inferno…
Love and lust consuming me within and out!
Let me show thee love such as gods know,
I wouldst thy very name to the angels shout.
Only in thy arms, canst I discover true bliss,
To hear thy voice whisper in mine ears soft.
And though there is more to life than is this,
It is love that most transports a spirit aloft…
Thusly between thy thighs I ache to writhe!
Until reality fades forever, never to return…
And only then, wouldst I feel so truly alive.
To be cooled, we must both in flame burn!
Only when both our bodies art thus slick…
With sweat born from passion’s fulfillment.
When our pulses race, fiercely and quick…
Only then, will be the cool of contentment!
After love’s sport, I wish to become lost…
In thy eyes, until I wouldst feign be found.
Is that not worship in a way, without cost?
Then in worship thou wilt forever abound!
Let the snow fall if that is the snow’s will!
Dreams canst be prophecies of the future,
They canst guide us, beyond ice and chill.
When the spirit awakens, the soul mature,
Then we art ready for love’s great bounty.
Love is the grail whose quest is unending!
Guided by inner fire, I look to far destiny,
Ever nearer, and I answer, fate’s sending.
Let fate be fair, let the flame be released,
That, what is desired, shall be thusly won.
Love is one part of the promise of peace,
And it completes what by lust is so begun.
Those with a lust for light; that shall have!
They with a lust for darkness will know it.
The beauty and adoration that is my salve,
It is my destiny, to beside her forever sit…

You've the right of it, big sister! This poem is indeed all of those things and more. As is my usual way, I wrote this poem on many levels, and you've perceived many of them quite perceptively. Glad you enjoyed reading this passionate write of mine! And I'm happy for your comment, as always. :)

I was just saying to someone the other night how my soul is like fire sometimes, and thus I tend to be a very highly passionate individual since that is just plain in my nature to be that way, it can't be helped. Nor would I wish it to be otherwise, since my inner fire lends itself well to my poetic inclinations! I am very well pleased to see how much you enjoyed these lovely verses of mine... your words are always a blessing to read, Lilly dear. Thanks for taking the time to post them! :)
