Fork road
Sitting at the fork in the road
Never thought it would be here again
Never thought I would say goodbye
But at least this time we tried
Even though reality was always there
There was always a hope of a fairy tale
Where everything and everyone is happy
We turn out friends
Every time I sit and think
Saying sorry never seems to cut it
Never seems to heal the scars left
Only time will tell what this time was
In my heart I feel an ache
A hurt that makes me sad
A tear runs down my face
For the millions we have shared
Even though I understand and have accepted our faith
This time it was almost sureal
I will miss every smile and every tear
But wish you a world of happiness
Never thought it would be here again
Never thought I would say goodbye
But at least this time we tried
Even though reality was always there
There was always a hope of a fairy tale
Where everything and everyone is happy
We turn out friends
Every time I sit and think
Saying sorry never seems to cut it
Never seems to heal the scars left
Only time will tell what this time was
In my heart I feel an ache
A hurt that makes me sad
A tear runs down my face
For the millions we have shared
Even though I understand and have accepted our faith
This time it was almost sureal
I will miss every smile and every tear
But wish you a world of happiness
