Birthday Meal (small piece of an older poem)

The table set for one.
Please.. be seated

A birthday dinner
not one to forget.

He sat down
intrigued
watching my every move.

Enjoy your meal
As I let the dressing gown fall to
reveal lacy underwear.

Now smiling
you not eating? he said

oh I plan too
don't you worry about that

With a final kiss
I crawled under the table.

Hearing the knife on the plate
as he did as instructed
and started to eat...
